Job Title: Sales Analyst


Job Summary:

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to provide insights and recommendations to improve the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with sales data. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor performance and track progress towards goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide recommendations for optimizing sales strategies and processes.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and inform sales strategy.

- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budget planning.

- Work with other departments, including finance and marketing, to provide data-driven insights and support cross-functional initiatives.

- Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales analysis.



- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales analysis or business analysis role.

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.

- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
