Job Title: Sales Assistant

 

Job Summary:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

- Process sales orders, including creating invoices and purchase orders, and entering data into CRM system.

- Assist with lead generation and customer outreach activities.

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to support sales initiatives and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records and files related to sales activities.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in sales support.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with customers.
