Job Title: Sales Consultant

 

Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers. You will utilize your sales skills to identify and pursue new opportunities, as well as work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and referrals.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and ensure customer needs are met.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proven track record of successful sales in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.
