Job Title: Sales Operations

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals through analysis, planning, and execution of sales strategies and tactics.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Support sales team with pipeline management, forecasting, and quota setting.

     Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

     Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance.

     Manage and maintain CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

     Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

     Assist with sales training and development programs.

     Develop and execute sales programs and promotions.

     Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.

     Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

     Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.

     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM systems.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

     Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
