Job Summary:

 

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for maintaining and improving the company's Salesforce system. They will be responsible for configuring and customizing the system to meet business needs, managing user access and permissions, creating and managing reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. The Salesforce Administrator will also work closely with other departments to understand their needs and requirements and provide support and training as needed.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs and requirements

• Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and privacy

• Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales teams and other departments

• Maintain data accuracy and completeness by monitoring data quality and performing data cleansing activities as needed

• Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and requirements and provide support and training as needed

• Maintain a positive relationship with Salesforce support and ensure that any issues or bugs are resolved in a timely manner

• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements to the system

• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure that users can effectively use Salesforce

• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

 

Physical Demands:

 

The Salesforce Administrator may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift up to 20 pounds.

 

Working Conditions:

 

The Salesforce Administrator will work in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels. Some travel may be required.
