Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and generating revenue by selling our products and services.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building relationships with new clients, and driving new business opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with the best solutions, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage key accounts by providing regular communication, account reviews, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client information, track opportunities, and report on sales activity.
- Attend industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
