Job Purpose:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key client accounts, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be required to communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, and deliver quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Manage and grow our key client accounts by developing a deep understanding of their business and building strong, long-term relationships with them.

• Identify new business opportunities and work with internal teams to develop proposals, bids and pitches.

• Develop account plans and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential issues.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services and communicate their benefits to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

• Proven track record of successful account management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
