Job Title: Senior HR Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee our HR department and lead our HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for HR and a proven track record of success in a leadership role.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and values

- Oversee the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to ensure that we attract and retain top talent

- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment

- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure that they are competitive and aligned with the company's objectives

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations as necessary

- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to address issues

- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related matters

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role

- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred
