Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure for our organization. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our network.


Key Responsibilities:


     Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

     Monitor and analyze network performance, traffic, and usage to identify and troubleshoot issues.

     Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions to meet business needs.

     Develop and maintain network documentation, including network topology, configuration, and standard operating procedures.

     Ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructure by implementing appropriate security measures, such as firewalls, access control lists, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

     Collaborate with other members of the IT team, including system administrators, developers, and security specialists, to ensure successful network integration with other systems.

     Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, standards, and best practices, and make recommendations for network improvements and enhancements.

     Mentor and train junior network engineers on network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.




     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

     At least 7 years of experience in network engineering.

     Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and BGP.

     Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, VPN, and IDS/IPS.

     Experience with network design and architecture, including LAN/WAN design, routing, and switching.

     Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.

     Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

     Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

     Industry certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP, are preferred but not required.
