Job Title: Service Advisor

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service process for our customers' vehicles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments.

     Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.

     Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timeline for completion.

     Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process, including providing updates on repair progress and any additional services needed.

     Ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed on time and within budget.

     Manage customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

     Maintain accurate records of service history and repairs.

     Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

     High school diploma or equivalent.

     Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive service advisor or related role.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

     Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.

     Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

     Proficient with computer systems and software.

     Valid driver's license.

 

Physical Requirements:

 

     Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.

     Ability to work in various environments, including noisy and dirty environments.
