We are seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of products and materials to customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Shipping Clerk will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the smooth running of our shipping operations.




     Verify and ensure the accuracy of all shipping orders, including the proper labelling, packaging, and tracking of all shipments

     Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and other related paperwork

     Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments

     Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of all shipping orders

     Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping and receiving transactions

     Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels

     Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments to management

     Assist with loading and unloading of shipments as needed

     Maintain a clean and organized work area




     High school diploma or equivalent

     1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role

     Knowledge of shipping procedures and regulations

     Familiarity with shipping software and systems

     Excellent organizational and time management skills

     Strong attention to detail and accuracy

     Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Physical Requirements:


     Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

     Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

     Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
