Job Purpose:

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, campaigns and content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement and traffic to our company's website. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure our social media presence aligns with our brand and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Create and execute engaging social media content on various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

•Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns and promotions to increase followers, engagement, and traffic to our website.

•Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with social media trends, strategies and techniques, and provide recommendations for optimization.

•Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

•Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.

•Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and technologies and provide recommendations on new ways to reach our target audience.

•Assist with the development of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing programs.

•Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of marketing initiatives.

 

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or related field.

•1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Experience in managing multiple social media accounts and creating content for different platforms.

•Understanding of social media metrics and analytics.

•Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

•Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing is a plus.

•Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

 

Physical Demands:

This position may require occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 20 pounds.
