Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing the company's social media marketing campaigns, as well as tracking and analyzing campaign performance.


The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, and be able to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience. They will also have experience with social media management tools, social media advertising, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy


• Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, and videos


• Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media


• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure social media content is aligned with the company's brand and messaging


• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including ad creative and targeting strategies


• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy




• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing


• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns


• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer


• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
