Title: Staffing Agency Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team. The Staffing Agency Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates with our clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for recruitment and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative means.

- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for job openings.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service.

- Develop job descriptions and job postings for open positions.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending job offers.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

- Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

- Meet or exceed recruitment and placement targets.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

- Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.

- Experience managing a large volume of recruitment and placement activities.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
