Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process for our organization, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in staffing and scheduling, and a dedication to ensuring that our organization is well-staffed and functioning at its best.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment and staffing process for our organization, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify suitable candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and background checks are completed for new hires

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staffing agencies and other external partners

- Assist with employee scheduling and ensure that staffing levels are appropriate for each shift

- Monitor attendance and time-off requests and ensure that staffing levels are adjusted accordingly

- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring that all required training is completed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing activities and performance metrics

- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in staffing and scheduling

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Knowledge of staffing and scheduling best practices and trends

- Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to staffing and scheduling

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with staffing software and scheduling tools
