Job Title: Stock Controller


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage our inventory levels and ensure that our stock is accurately accounted for. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.



- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems

- Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed

- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure that they meet quality standards

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that goods are stored and managed properly

- Perform regular physical inventory counts to ensure that inventory records are accurate

- Identify and investigate discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock counts

- Analyze inventory levels and usage patterns to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that customer demand is met and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

- Ensure that all stock movements are properly documented and accounted for

- Provide reports on inventory levels and stock movements to management as needed



- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or stock control

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
