Job Purpose:
The store manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, overseeing the sales team, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the store's daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.

• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales figures, stock levels, and customer feedback, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the store's budget, including the preparation of financial reports, and make decisions to optimize profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure a reliable supply chain and negotiate favorable terms for the store.
• Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and attractive to customers at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing staff.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff, and to provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and other performance metrics to make informed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
