Job Title: Supply Chain Manager


Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our supply chain activities. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and at the lowest possible cost. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of supply chain processes.



- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives

- Manage and coordinate all supply chain activities, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms

- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary

- Ensure that inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Analyze data and develop reports to monitor and measure supply chain performance

- Manage a team of supply chain professionals and provide leadership and guidance as needed



- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices

- Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience managing teams and providing leadership and guidance

- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to supply chain management
