Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team and manage our computer systems and networks. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and other critical systems. You will also provide technical support to our users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


     Install, configure, and maintain servers, databases, networks, and other critical systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

     Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

     Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.

     Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

     Install and maintain software applications and updates to ensure compatibility and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

     Create and maintain system documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and technical manuals.

     Provide technical support to users and respond to help desk requests in a timely and efficient manner.

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT projects and initiatives.

     Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

     Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in system administration and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.




     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

     At least 3 years of experience in system administration, with a strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and virtualization technologies.

     Experience with system administration tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, PowerShell, SQL Server, and VMware.

     Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

     Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

     Industry certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP), are preferred but not required.
