Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, as well as providing support to the recruitment team and candidates. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, and preparing offer letters and other documents

- Assist with candidate screening and interviewing as needed

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Manage the candidate experience, including responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback

- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on recruitment activity and progress

- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter) is preferred
