Job Title: Talent Acquisition Director

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead our talent acquisition efforts and shape our recruitment strategy. The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies, as well as managing a team of recruitment professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in recruitment, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs

- Manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support

- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives, to understand their recruitment needs and develop customized recruitment strategies

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on recruitment activity and progress

- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures

- Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
