Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with business leaders to identify and attract top talent to the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruiting goals and objectives

- Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors

- Oversee and manage recruitment metrics to ensure effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent

- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives related to talent acquisition

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on program design and recruitment strategy development

- Proven experience managing and leading a team of recruiters

- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and trends

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
