Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across all levels and functions of the organization, as well as managing the candidate experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in recruitment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates across all levels and functions of the organization, using a variety of recruitment channels and tools

- Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, determine hiring needs, and establish recruiting metrics and goals

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards

- Manage the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and facilitating the offer process

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in recruitment and recommend changes and improvements to the recruitment process as needed

- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on recruitment activity and progress

- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing

- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter) is preferred
