Title: Talent Scout

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Scout to identify, engage, and attract top talent for our organization. The Talent Scout will work closely with the recruitment team to develop and execute sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines. This individual should be highly motivated, resourceful, and have excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and attract top talent using various recruitment channels, such as social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.

- Screen and qualify potential candidates for open positions.

- Engage with passive candidates to build relationships and provide insight into career opportunities.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute sourcing strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and trends.

- Other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in talent scouting or a related field.

- Proven experience in identifying and engaging with top talent.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Excel for data analysis.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.

- Experience using social media for recruitment.

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
