Job Title: Talent Sourcer

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Sourcer to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates across various channels and networks, as well as building and maintaining a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. The successful candidate will have excellent research and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for identifying top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential candidates through various channels and networks, including social media, job boards, and referrals

- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, using tools such as applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systems

- Engage with potential candidates through email, phone, and other channels, and sell them on the company and the opportunity

- Screen potential candidates for qualifications and fit, and present qualified candidates to the recruiting team

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools

- Provide regular reports and updates on talent pipeline activity and progress

- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines

- Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to identify and engage with potential candidates

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systems is preferred

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures is a plus
