Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical issues.

● Identify and escalate customer issues that require further attention.
● Participate in the development of new products and services.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical account management or related role.
● Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software systems and architectures.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
