Job Title: Technical Account Manager

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical issues.

     Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth.

     Develop a deep understanding of customers' technical needs and challenges.

     Provide technical guidance and support to customers.

     Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

     Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and release notes.

     Monitor customer usage patterns and provide recommendations for optimizing their experience.

     Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

     Identify and escalate customer issues that require further attention.

     Participate in the development of new products and services.

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.

     Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical account management or related role.

     Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software systems and architectures.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

     Familiarity with project management methodologies.

     Experience in a customer-facing role.
