Job Title: Technical Recruiter

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical roles within our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, as well as experience with various recruitment methods and tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events

- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications

- Manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations

- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and policies

- Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment

- Strong understanding of the technology industry and technical roles

- Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred
