Job Title: Technical Trainer

 

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

 

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced technical trainer to join our team. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to our staff, customers, and partners. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and an ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and deliver technical training programs to staff, customers, and partners

- Assess training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs

- Create training materials such as presentations, videos, and manuals

- Conduct training sessions in person and online

- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements to programs as necessary

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and incorporate them into training programs

- Manage training logistics such as scheduling, facilities, and equipment

- Provide support to staff, customers, and partners as needed

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

- Proven experience as a technical trainer

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools

- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Availability to travel as needed
