Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers through telesales activities, and for achieving sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities:


- Conduct telesales activities, including outbound calls and follow-up calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using our customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and concerns.

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell our products and services to existing customers.

- Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to effectively promote our products and services to potential customers.

- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.

- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and techniques.




- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and industry trends.
