Job Title: Test Engineer

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests for software and technology solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create test plans and strategies.

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts to validate software and technology solutions.

• Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving software and technology solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, techniques, and trends.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.

• Experience in designing and developing test cases and scripts for software and technology solutions.

• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Experience in analyzing test results and providing recommendations for improving software and technology solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
