Job Title: Training Consultant
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Training Consultant to help us develop and implement effective training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills
• Design and develop training programs and materials, including course outlines, training manuals, and visual aids
• Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and drive behavior change
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives
• Keep up-to-date with developments in training and development methodologies and technologies
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or business administration
• Proven experience as a training consultant or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of training and development methodologies and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
