Job Title: Training Facilitator

 

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Training Facilitator to design and deliver training programs for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques.

 

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop training materials such as participant guides, job aids, and visual aids

- Deliver training programs in a classroom or virtual environment

- Facilitate interactive training sessions that engage learners and promote learning retention

- Assess training needs and recommend improvements to existing training programs

- Create and administer assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to stay current with business needs and strategies

- Research and stay current on industry trends and best practices related to training and development

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Knowledge of virtual training tools and techniques

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience in designing and delivering virtual training programs

- Certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Trainer and Facilitator (CTF)
