The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult education and training, instructional design, and the ability to manage training projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


• Conduct training needs assessments to determine employee skill gaps and training requirements.


• Design and develop training materials, including participant guides, job aids, and multimedia presentations.


• Deliver training programs to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.


• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including conducting post-training assessments and gathering feedback.


• Work with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the audience.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training opportunities and priorities.


• Stay up-to-date with new training techniques and technologies.
