Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Travel Agent to join our team and help clients plan and book their travel arrangements. The Travel Agent will be responsible for researching travel options, providing recommendations, and making bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of travel-related software and systems.



• Work with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

• Research and provide recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities

• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services

• Manage travel itineraries and make changes as necessary

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, including addressing any issues or concerns they may have

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements

• Stay up-to-date on travel-related trends and developments

• Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers

• Manage travel-related expenses and maintain accurate records

• Provide regular reports on travel-related metrics and KPIs to the Travel Manager



• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent or in a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional client experiences

• Proficiency in travel-related software and systems, including GDS systems

• Familiarity with travel-related regulations and compliance requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary

• Bachelor's degree in travel, hospitality, or a related field preferred
