Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasurer to join our team. The Treasurer will be responsible for managing the company's finances, including investments, cash management, and risk management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, excellent communication skills, and experience in a treasury role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity

• Manage and oversee the company's investment portfolio

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions

• Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risk

• Manage and oversee the company's debt portfolio

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks

• Provide analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• 5-7 years of work experience in treasury or related field

• Strong financial management and analysis skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Strong knowledge of financial management software and tools

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
