Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing user data, and providing insights to inform the design and development of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


     Plan and conduct user research studies, such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests.

     Analyze user data and provide insights to inform product design and development.

     Develop personas, user journeys, and other user-centred design artefacts.

     Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to identify user needs and requirements.

     Work with cross-functional teams to develop and test prototypes and product concepts.

     Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in UX design and research.

     Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product design and user experience.

     Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs are reflected in product design and development.

     Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

     Develop and maintain a UX research library of best practices, templates, and tools.




     Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design or related field or equivalent experience.

     Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in UX research or related field.

     Experience conducting user research studies, such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests.

     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Experience with user-centred design methodologies and practices.

     Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, R, or SPSS.
