Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to manage all aspects of our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock.

• Pack and ship orders using appropriate shipping methods.

• Manage inventory and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and standards.

• Assist in the training of new employees.

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

• Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory systems.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience operating a forklift.

• Certification to operate warehouse equipment.

• Experience using inventory management software.
