Job Summary:

 

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order processing

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including OSHA guidelines and company policies

- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize warehouse efficiency

- Manage inventory levels and oversee the cycle count process to ensure accuracy and timely completion

- Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery used in the warehouse

- Train, supervise and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities and transactions

- Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity

- Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and audits

 

Qualifications:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
